Can I get my domain if I decide to use another service provider?
Yes, your domain name belongs to you. Hall Enterprise LLC only register it and manage the renewal. In the case where you don’t want to use our services any more a fee will be required to transfer your domain. Cost varies depending on which domain registrar you plan to transfer to.
Do I own the site design after the design is completed?
- Yes, and Hall Enterprise LLC backs up your site information monthly as a courtesy. Hall Enterprise LLC will provide those files on request which include images, databases, and content.
Can I manage the design content myself?
Yes, your site information is available in the cPanel and this information can be provided to you either from the client portal or by email request.
How do I check my email?
Your email can be checked via the web through the client portal or we can send you the link with instruction on how to access your email through the web. The email portal allows you to automate and configure your email account to popular mail client such as Microsoft Outlook.
How do I cancel my subscription or payment plan?
Hall Enterprise LLC appreciates your business and will do our best to keep you as a valued customer. However, we understand if you choose to discontinue our services.
To cancel your account, simply log in to the client portal and click the cancellation button. Your account will then be deactivated. Alternatively, you can email support@hallenterprise.com with the subject line “Cancel” and include your domain name.
If you are using one of our subscription services, please refer to the cancellation process specific to those accounts.
How do I transfer my site information to another site?
Go into the cPanel area form the client portal and download your information. Hall Enterprise LLC provide FTP client with all our hosting packages which gives you the transfer from one web host to another. If you do not know how to do this send us an email at info@hallenterprise.com and will send you step by step instructions.
