1. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our online store pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

 

1. Were applicable we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Return Policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Digital services are non-refundable after agreeing to contract terms before the work begins. Contracts are disclosed with client prior to purchasing the service and client should concur with our terms before proceeding with add-ons through our payment gateway.

 

1. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on our services, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HALL ENTERPRISE LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
